3D DESIGN

Our 3D CAD design services cover a wide range of needs, from conceptual 3D modeling to full engineering design. We provide deliverables such as 2D engineering drawings, 3D CAD files for CAD/CAM machining, and even files for 3D printing and rapid prototyping. With our years of experience using advanced software such as Solidworks, CATIA, and NX Siemens, and we are proficient in using these tools to create efficient and accurate designs. We can take your ideas and turn them into a visual reality, complete stress analysis, and even simulate product life cycles before a part is manufactured. 3D design software is an essential tool for companies of all sizes, as it can help reduce design and manufacturing time and minimize costly errors.

2D DESIGN

If you have 3D data but are struggling to produce 2D drawings on time, or you simply need technical drawings quickly, we can help. Our team is skilled in using SolidWorks, CATIA, and NX Siemens to produce high-quality 2D technical drawings, assembly drawings, parts lists (BOM), and presentation or exploded diagrams. All of our drawings meet industry standards such as BS8888, ASME, or your company's specific standards. Additionally, If you have an existing design on 2D drawings only, we can help you convert it into 3D quickly and efficiently. Many companies still have hand-drawn 2D drawings from before the widespread use of CAD, which can be risky and time-consuming to work with. We can take your valuable data and create 3D parts and assemblies, giving you the security of an electronic record and the flexibility to create new designs. Contact us to learn more about how we can support your design needs.

SIMULATION CAE/FEA

We offer 3D modeling and simulation services to test every aspect of your design through digital prototyping and CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering). This process can identify areas of stress, buckling, and other risks, and we can provide design solutions using FEA (Finite Element Analysis). By simulating your designs before a part is made, you can save time and money and have confidence that your design is sound. This process is effective for evaluating stress loadings on structures and simulating the operating limitations of machinery. The analysis can be performed and delivered either in dedicated FEA software Ansys Workbench or in one of the integrated FEA tools coming in CAD software such as Solidworks or Catia. If you think your design could benefit from these simulation techniques, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RENDERING & PRODUCT VISUALIZATION

We understand that it can be difficult for engineers and technicians to effectively present designs to sales teams, clients, or investors. That's where rendering comes in – it's a natural extension of 3D modeling that produces photo-realistic images of your designs. This helps to highlight the unique benefits of your products and show them in different environments. Rendering your product will give it a realistic, eye-catching feel, which is perfect for sales brochures, manuals, and presentations. It can make your job of selling easier and give you and your clients greater confidence in the design. Contact us to learn more about our rendering services.
